Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) x777game Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number (03xx format) that you own and control.

• Accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and One-Time Pins (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must notify x777game support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

x777game reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding 5,000,000 PKR or where unusual account activity is detected. All x777game Account transactions — deposits, withdrawals, wagers, wins, and bonuses — are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x777game does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is 500 PKR.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL and other major Pakistani banks, and USDT TRC20.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits settle to your x777game Account balance within approximately 30 seconds. Bank wire deposits may take 5–10 business minutes.
• x777game does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

x777game offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance, which is always displayed distinctly from your Real-Money Balance.
• Bonus funds must complete all applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be stated clearly at the time of the offer.

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one Account, or using an Account registered in another person's name.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an x777game Account.
• Money laundering: Using x777game to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity. x777game complies with applicable anti-money laundering frameworks and reports suspicious activity where legally required.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise access the source code of the x777game Platform.

x777game reserves the right to immediately suspend an Account, freeze its balance, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies where any of the above conduct is suspected or confirmed.

x777game may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion that an Account is being used by or on behalf of a minor.

In the event of Account closure due to Player breach, x777game reserves the right to forfeit any Real-Money Balance and/or Bonus Balance held in the Account. Where closure is not due to Player breach, the Real-Money Balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting x777game support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment account upon successful completion of identity verification.

x777game does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned maintenance and unexpected technical outages may occur. x777game will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via the x777game Telegram channel and SMS notification to registered Pakistani mobile numbers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and x777game, we encourage you to first contact the x777game support team — the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to x777game support via the email address provided in the footer of this website. x777game will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
